Rally-Trigger 3

<p>The stopwatches can be easily inserted into the rally trigger by hand and removed just as easily.<br /><br />By pressing (push down) the middle control knob, both stopwatches are operated simultaneously.<br /><br />At the same time each watch can be operated individually by pressing the upper button.<br /><br />The Rally Trigger can be adapted to Hanhart stopwatches with 55mm diameter as well as Heuer stopwatches with 53 or 58.5mm diameter.<br /><br />It is also possible to use different stopwatches of different manufacturers and sizes in one Rally-Trigger.<br /><br />The individual adaptation to stopwatches of other manufacturers and sizes is possible on request.<br /><br />The stopwatch is held in the Rally-Trigger by a snap-in mechanism and is gently mounted on elastic rubber elements.<br /><br />The Rally-Trigger is made of CNC-milled and anodized aluminium. All screws are made of stainless steel.<br /><br />For the attachment at the vehicle 4 pcs. Drillings with 4,2mm diameter and countersink are provided for the mounting on the car.<br /><br />Dimensions of the base plate: width 221mm x height 70mm<br /><br />Overall dimensions with stopwatch: width 221mm x height approx. 110mm x thickness approx. 40mm (height and thickness depend on the used clock)</p>

Rally-Drive GT

<p>The Rally-Drive GT consists of two coordinated units:<br /><br />1. The control unit in which electrical or electronic pulses from a speedometer signal or other encoder are detected and converted into a synchronous control signal for a stepper motor. The control unit is splash-proof and can therefore also be installed outside the cockpit.<br /><br />2. The drive unit for the Rally-GT which is mounted directly on our Rally-GT odometer instead of the change gear holder (for X and Z gears). The drive unit can be mounted without any modifications or alterations to the Rally-GT and can be exchanged at any time for the change gear mount.</p>

Rally-Drive Speed

<p>The Rally-Drive Speed consists of two coordinated units:<br /><br />1. the control unit in which electrical or electronic pulses from an encoder are detected and converted into a synchronous output voltage for a DC motor. The control unit is splash-proof and can therefore also be installed outside the cockpit.<br /><br />2. the drive unit to the speedometer in which the DC motor is located. This is connected with a cable to the control unit and with a speedometer shaft to the speedometer.<br /><br />The adjustment with the speedometer is carried out individually for each vehicle by means of a tablet or notebook.</p>

Wheel pick-up mechanical

<p>The mechanical wheel collector is mounted on the rim or wheel hub of a non-driven wheel by means of an adapter flange.<br /><br />The adapter flange is permanently connected to the rim or wheel hub. The wheel collector (with integrated 8:1 angular gear) is attached to the adapter flange with a central fixing screw.</p> <p>An adapter flange blank is included in the package. The adaption of the blank and the mounting of the adapted blank on wheel hub, rim or center lock nut will be charged according to time and effort. <br /><br />If the wheel collector is not needed, it can be removed by loosening the central fixing screw. The adapter flange remains on the rim or wheel hub. The interface between adapter flange and wheel collector is closed by a protective cap when the wheel collector is removed.<br /><br />To ensure the tightness of the wheel collector, the central fixing screw is located under an additional screw plug.<br /><br />The adapter flange must be individually adapted to the rim or wheel hub (central locking nut is also possible). For this it is necessary that you send us the rim and / or wheel hub. <br /><br />The power transmission to the odometer is made by a screw/plug drive shaft.</p>
