Halda Twinmaster
<p><span class="cf3 ff1 fs20"></span><span class="ff1 fs20">NUMBERING UNIT<br />Double counter, function as for the T R I P M A S T E R .<br /><br />FAST - ZERO SETTING<br />As with the TRIPMASTER and is done individually for each counter.<br /><br />COUNTER GEAR<br />The TWINMASTER's transmission can be set for 2 functions:<br />a) Both counters operate simultaneously, one registers the total distance and the other registers special distances.<br />b) Both counters operate alternately by quick changeover. The distance already covered remains stored in one counter and can be evaluated later, while the other counter registers the new distance.<br /><br />CHECKING OTHER MEASURING INSTRUMENTS<br />Due to the high measuring accuracy - achieved by the technically sophisticated and precise fine adjustment gear and the 10-meter roller - the two "master instruments" are suitable for accurate checks such as SPEEDPILOT or speedometer. To monitor the "master instruments", a check on a measured distance of 100 - 200 m is sufficient.<br /><br />MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS<br />The "masters" are best installed in front of or under the dashboard of the car. In order to meet all mounting requirements, the "Master" is provided with mounting holes on the back.<br />The T-gear is screwed onto the speedometer of the car. The connection between T-gearbox and "Master" is the drive shaft.<br />In special cases, e.g. if there is a lack of space, an intermediate shaft must be fitted between the speedometer and the T-gearbox. In the standard version, the "Master" is supplied with a straight drive shaft connection on the rear. However, if the connection is to be made from the side, an L-gearbox must be ordered additionally. If several instruments are connected in series, a T-gear with continuous drive to the following instrument must be ordered additionally.<br />If an existing SPEEDPILOT is to be combined with a "Master", the gear unit must be connected to<br />of the rear of the SPEEDPILOT can be exchanged for a T-gear with a continuous drive. Halda Tripmaster
<p>COUNTER<br />Large, easy to read digits (6.2 mm large). Continuous movement of the number roller allows the reading of<br />less than 10 meters. With interior lighting.<br /><br />FAST - ZERO POSITION<br />Immediate zero setting by pulling out the zeroing knob.<br />Please note that the zero position is maintained until you release the zeroing knob.<br />Afterwards, the unit is switched on again immediately.<br /><br />COMPENSATION AND FINE ADJUSTMENT GEAR<br />Behind the cover of the device there is a gear unit which allows you to tune the adjustment as well as a quick adjustment<br />in all automobiles; e.g. when changing tyres or other changes that affect the ratio.<br />The degree of accuracy is 99.6 %, but normally 99.8 % to 100 % is achieved.<br /><br />ADDING AND SUBTRACTING GEAR<br />With this transmission the counter is shifted to plus (+), minus (-) or idle (0).<br />The minus position is used, for example, when driving back after an erratic trip.<br />When you return to the point from which you got lost, set to + again, then the instrument will show the actual route (i.e. as if an odyssey had never taken place).<br />Zeroing will put the instrument out of operation when it is not needed.<br /><br />CONSTRUCTION<br />The device works mechanically, silently and completely safely up to speeds of 200km/h.<br />The body is made of die-cast aluminium, the housing is made of aluminium sheet, the individual parts are made of brass, delrin and steel.<br />Low weight and small external dimensions are essential features.<br /><br />Dimensions: W x H x D = 115 x 65 x 57 mm<br /><br />Delivery with assembly/adjustment instructions<br /><br /><br /><strong>Required accessories:</strong></p>
